I offer private one-to-one exercise sessions outside, at your home, and online. I'm based in North London, covering Greater London & parts of Hertfordshire. I also offer a range of online one-to-one & group classes, which you can choose from below.
I'll join you outside/online for fitness sessions packed with great moves, stretches, and strength & mobility exercises for overall body conditioning. I tailor one-to-one sessions to include moves and music that excite & inspire you. I change-up it up regularly to keep it fresh, with some core exercises for progression.
My online studio is open: 09:00-23:00 GMT daily
I provide private online fitness sessions for the UK, USA, and select times for Australia. The beauty of my virtual studio is that you can join me to workout wherever you are!

Exercise in Nature: 1hr of stretching, aerobics moves, strength & endurance exercises, and a relaxing cool-down in an outdoor green space.
Note: we're taking group-bookings of 2 - 6 people and will maintain social distancing while exercising.

WHY HAVE AN ARMS/LEGS DAY, WHEN YOU CAN HAVE A WHOLE BODY DAY? Join me for a full hour of overall body-conditioning. I'll take you through cardio, stretching, weights and strength exercises, finishing with a relaxing cooldown.
This class is designed to target arms, legs, and core. I use weights between 1-5kg. If you don't have dumbbells a household alternative is great.

Exercise is a powerful tool in your recovery plan for managing and overcoming an anxiety disorder.
Each session is designed for you - to relieve symptoms and relax your body and mind. I am here to guide you through exercises that will help to calm hypersensitivity, tics, high-anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, bringing your body and mind into balance. It takes time to calm your senses and it’s a personal journey and so we’ll work together on what you need at your pace. Our sessions are private and confidential.
I come from a place of understanding and experience. My journey into exercise came as a direct result of my diagnosis with PTSD.

It's National Fitness Day in the UK on 23 September this year. To spread the word about the importance of fitness, for both mental and physical health, I am running a free live fitness session.
Please join me for an overall body conditioning workout:
Warm up - cardio and stretch-out
Aerobics routine followed by strength exercises using free weights/alternative
Relaxing cool-down
What do I need for the session?
1 set of (1-5kg) dumbbells or alternative
1 x mat or towel
During the session we will work every part of our body, for overall toning, flexibility and posture. For our mental wellbeing, this session is good fun and a great stress reliever.
